CLASSIC MASSAGE
Classic massage is the manual treatment of soft tissues and muscles.
Massage restores the muscles' own, natural mobility.
Classic massage relieves pain and relaxes the whole being.
FASCIA
Fascia is a sheet or band of fibrous connective tissue separating or binding together muscles and organs.
The fascia is opened manually by hand, by locating trigger points on the body's force-generating lines.
The points are anatomically well-defined.
Fascia treatment increases mobility, treats and deeply relaxes body tensions.
TREATMENT TECHNIQUES
In addition to classical massage techniques, I use mobilisation and MET techniques (MET - Muscle Energy Technique).
Mobilisation means a slow movement to the joint. The movement mimics the movement of the joint itself.
MET, Muscle Energy Technique, is a technique based on relaxation after muscle tension.
The techniques improve joint and muscle mobility.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation of your booked appointment will be done via the confirmation email you receive.
You can cancel your appointment 24h before your booked appointment.
Cancellations less than 24h will be charged with a 25€ service fee.
If necessary, the time can be rescheduled.
No-shows will be charged according to the price list.
